If your dispute is suitable for mediation and both parties agree that you wish to proceed in this way, then you can book a mediation session. A session can last anything from half a day to a full day (and occasionally well into the evening). Our mediator will identify the issues that both parties wish to discuss and an agenda will be set.

San is an accredited mediator, a member of the Law society and has been a qualified solicitor since 1987. His law firm Adams Solicitors is based in Whitechapel and employs some 20 people. As a mediator, he is able to use his excellent people skills and experience over a wide range of subject matters and sizes of claim.
