Thank you for your support in sorting out a really tricky dispute which if it had escalated would have involved FIVE separate parties including a company based in Italy. This would have had huge legal cost ramifications / risks associated with that. Considering that the dispute involved anything from £6,000 (in my view) to over £35,000 in my opponents view it is easy to see why there was lack of agreement. Adams litigation team used all it’s know how and successfully and skilfully negotiated a deal which whilst not ideal it did mean that I had certainly of outcome compared to the risk/stress and costs of protracted litigation.
