Jill specialises in immigration, nationality and citizenship for private clients from the around the world, including the EEA. |

She routinely assists families, highly skilled migrants, entrepreneurs and our corporate clients with their specialist immigration needs, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 requirements, obtaining Sponsor Licences and also working with elite sportspersons. Jill has a special interest in immigration appeals litigation and has had her work commended by AIT judges. In addition to this, Jill takes a leading role in our Family Practice.
Jill joined Adams from Gülay Mehmet Solicitors and the internationally-renowned legal team at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has valuable first-hand experience of working in the Australian immigration system – the model for the UK’s new points-based immigration tiers. She read Law and Politics at Magee College, University of Ulster (graduating with honours) and qualified as a Barrister at the Inns of Court School of Law, London (being called to the Bar by Gray’s Inn in 2007).
Clients enjoy Jill’s friendly approach and are reassured by her impressive eye for detail. She matches short-term needs with long-term planning to provide a rounded legal service, whoever the client.
Jill enjoys yoga, shopping, sushi and fighting with her cat, Brora. She has an interest in global affairs and British immigration policy, keeping her ahead of her game. |
