Sam assists in all litigation conducted by Adams (including research and advice, maintaining client files; and preparation for Counsel). He has also directly addressed recent commercial mediation cases, leading to successful out-of-court settlement for Adams clients. Recently, he took an adverse possession case to the Court of Appeal.
Following a legal education at Oxford University (LLB) and University College, London (LLM), Sam’s prior experience ranges from working with the defence team at the International Criminal Court to pro bono work before the Social Security and Child Support Tribunal.
Sam is also a skilled musician, and regularly enjoys choral singing around the country. He likes good food, fine wine, and diverse conversation.
