With over 25 years’ experience in residential/commercial conveyancing and licensing, Mohinder currently specializes in Private Client work and is Adam’s expert in Licensing Law. She has been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) for over 18 years and is well known for her realistic, open and honest approach to client’s expectations.When she is not in the office, Mohinder enjoys spending time with her family, supports charitable causes, watches films and follows Eastenders on TV (a guilty pleasure).

As an expert in property law, Ruhel covers all aspects of commercial and residential conveyancing. He graduated with First Class Honors in his law degree and joined Adams in 2000. Igor graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and is a solicitor with the Supreme Court rights of audience in Poland. Specialising in civil, administrative and commercial law, he represents interests of both the Administration of the Polish government and private individuals.In his free time he enjoys traveling and reading magazines on business, politics and economics.

Victoria is our family law specialist here at Adams. Having recently joined from a local firm specialising solely in the practice of family/matrimonial law, she has in-depth and extensive knowledge in this area.

Victoria is able to assist you in relation to relationship breakdown, including divorce and civil partnership dissolution. She can also help you resolve the financial aspects connected to relationship breakdown, or help you to protect your position by preparing pre/post nuptial and separation agreements. Furthermore, Victoria has broad knowledge of all Children Act matters including disputes about contact and/or residence. In addition, Victoria can also help to protect you and your children from domestic violence by obtaining injunctive relief quickly and efficiently where necessary.

Victoria understands that dealing with any of these problems is often stressful, difficult and upsetting. She is committed to ensuring that all possible avenues are explored for every client and that matters are resolved as quickly, efficiently and sympathetically as possible.

In her spare time Victoria enjoys watching sport, DIY, reading, socialising with friends and spending time with her newborn baby nephew!

Working as a solicitor and mediator, Antony advises in a number of areas of law. These include commercial law, contract, tort, employment, property, partnership and contentious probate matters. With over 20 years’ experience, Antony’s goal is to help clients resolve disputes without the costs and delays of court proceedings.Antony also works as a commercial pilot and sings Tenor. He enjoys swimming, running, curries and music, and spends the rest of the time looking after his two energetic children.

Specialising in construction and engineering law, Anna gives expert advice to purchasers, tenants, developers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants. With over a decade of experience, she covers all legal documentation in construction and engineering. These include building contracts, collateral warranties, bank and surety bonds, insurance and many other construction aspects.When she is not working, Anna enjoys quality time with her family and traveling.

As the backbone of Adam’s office management, Kantilal handles all accounts, IT, payroll, staff and building administration. He holds HND in both Business Management (with Accountancy) and Chemistry and has hands-on experience in business start-up initiatives.In his free time, Kantilal enjoys walking, gardening, cooking and watching nature documentaries.

Modest and down to earth, Richard cuts through legal jargon and explains complex matters in plain English to his clients. He has over ten years’ experience and is dedicated to matching prompt results with an unhurried service.Richard likes the occasional rugby match and plays wing in his local league. With A levels in English, Sociology and Religious Education, Fateha carries out important office and administration duties to assist the Partners with all their conveyancing work.She enjoys special moments with her children – especially when she takes him traveling.

Brenda takes care of all the accounts payable and receivable at Adams. She has been part of the team for over 6 years. She is addicted to a good cup of caffeine and when she is not working, she avidly follows the soaps.

Emon assists in both the Litigation and Coveyancing conducted here at Adams. He has directly addressed recent commercial disputes as well as landlord and tenant issues. Emon’s background lies in commercial property investment; he previously worked for 3 years at a reputable city firm.Following his undergraduate studies at Queen Mary’s University reading Business Finance and management he did a GDL and LPC at the College of Law. Emon has dealt with a wide variety of clients ranging from small start up local businesses to larger commercial clients. Emon has a wide range of Bengali clients who trust his business instinct and acumen.Emon has a great passion for vintage cars and enjoys going boxing regularly.

Karis is the first point of contact for clients and new enquiries to Adams.
Responsible for greeting and directing all visitors – Karis has extensive customer service experience.Recently graduated with honours in Law with Psychology (LLB), she enjoys meeting new people, going to concerts/gigs and reading 19th century English literature.

John works in the firm’s property department and deals with a wide range of commercial and residential property matters.

John graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2007 with a degree in History (2:1). He completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP in 2008 and the Legal Practice Course (also at BPP) in 2009, achieving a Commendation.

John joined Chancery Lane firm Edwin Coe as a trainee in September 2009, where he worked in the firm’s insurance litigation, insolvency, corporate and property departments.

John qualified as a solicitor in September 2011 and joined the property department at Adams as an assistant solicitor in March 2012, assisting Ruhel Alom.

Outside the office, John enjoys playing football and badminton, reading, and supports Arsenal FC.

James is a paralegal assisting in all aspects of litigation conducted by Adams (including research and advice, attending court, maintaining client files and preparation for Counsel). He has also recently attended the Court of Appeal, having assisted on a matter of interpretation of European Union law.

His legal education began at the University of Sheffield (LLB) and continued at the City Law School, London, (PGDip). His prior experience consists of assisting in the Aerospace Litigation Department at Gates and Partners LLP and general pro bono work in the area of contract law.
James is an accomplished sportsman; having competed as a triathlete for many years. In his spare time James enjoys music and outdoor pursuits.
